What is the Niomi Couture Diwali collection?
Our Diwali collection is a curated edit of handcrafted festive co-ords and three-piece ensembles from our Padmini and Sitara lines. Think premium silk and linen-satin silhouettes finished with hand embroidery, gold-coin khat work and golden applique. They’re designed for Diwali pujas, family gatherings and festive evenings.
What should I wear for Diwali puja versus a Diwali party?
For long puja hours and hosting, the Padmini styles (Saher and Maher) work well. Each is an oversized linen-satin dress with heavy satin palazzos, comfortable enough to wear all day. For a more dressed-up festive look, choose a Sitara three-piece like Zoya, Sana or Adaa: a silk kurta with palazzo pants and a matching dupatta.
What fabrics are used, and how do I care for them?
The collection uses premium silk, silk blends and linen satin, hand-finished with embroidery and applique. Most pieces are dry clean only. Check the wash-care note on each product page.
Will my order arrive before Diwali?
Every piece is made to order. Orders are processed within 2–4 days and delivered within 5–8 days across India. Once you select your size, the product page shows an estimated delivery date. Diwali falls on 8 November 2026, so we recommend ordering early. For urgent or early dispatch requests, call or WhatsApp our team before you place your order.
What sizes are available? Can I get a custom fit?
Most styles come in XS to XXXL, and Padmini styles start at S. Custom measurements are available on request. Please note that pieces made beyond our standard size chart can’t be returned or exchanged.
Are there any Diwali offers?
Discounts are applied automatically in your cart: 10% off orders of ₹6,000–₹12,999, 15% off ₹13,000–₹19,999, and 20% off orders of ₹20,000 and above. Most pieces in the Diwali collection qualify for 10% off on their own.
Can I change my size after placing an order?
Yes, for free, if you contact us within 48 hours of ordering or before your piece goes into production, whichever comes first. After production starts, you can choose one exchange for a different size or colour (subject to availability) or one free fit alteration. Request it within 4–5 days of delivery.
What if my order arrives damaged or I receive the wrong item?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos and an unboxing video. For genuine defects, wrong items or unavailable pieces, we cover return courier costs and refund you in full to your original payment method within 4–7 business days of approval.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping within India costs up to ₹200. International shipping is calculated based on your order and destination.
Can I see the collection in person?
Yes. Visit our studio at Amrapalash Bungalows, near Anand Niketan School, Satellite, Ahmedabad. We’re open Monday to Saturday, 10:30 am to 6:30 pm.
